Eryn Zander is an independent director in the investment industry with 20 years of international experience spanning across finance, consumer and technology sectors. She advised boards of private and public companies, heads of state and government agencies and led mission-critical projects in strategy, digital transformation and international growth in London, New York, Berlin, Paris, Moscow and Luxembourg before embarking on a social entrepreneurship journey to foster social inclusion and refugee integration in Luxembourg.

In her role of independent board member and sustainable finance advisor, Eryn assists asset managers in enhancing corporate governance, provides guidance and support in conducting ESG risks and impact assessments and helps to design investment strategies to drive sustainable outcomes.

Eryn developed and taught various educational programs; most recently she led the launch of Impact Wombats, a youth movement for sustainable future under the aegis of European Impact Investing Luxembourg, where she designed and taught a program in social entrepreneurship for high school students.
